File Transfer Protocol (FTP) is a standard network protocol used to exchange and manipulate files over a TCP/IP-based network, such as the Internet.
It allows to connect different types of computer systems and permit data exchange between computers.
We used this protocol to receive large files. Small (less than 2MB) files can be send over e-mail as well (for appropriate e-mail address please see "Contact" menu).
But for larger files please use FTP protocol.
